An excellent new People & Culture Business Partner opportunity, supporting a client group of approximately 75-80 employees across technical, professional and innovation-focused teams, you'll work closely with leaders to drive engagement, capability, performance and organisational effectiveness.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, influencing leaders, navigating complex people matters and supporting businesses through change.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to deliver people initiatives aligned to business objectives
- Coach leaders on performance management, employee relations and leadership capability
- Support organisational change, restructures and transformation projects
- Drive talent, succession and workforce planning initiatives
- Foster a positive, high-performing and collaborative culture
- Analyse people trends and provide commercially focused recommendations
- Work closely with specialist P&C teams to deliver consistent people outcomes
About You
- 5+ years' experience in a HR Generalist, HR Advisor or Business Partner role
- Strong employee relations and performance management experience
- Experience supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives
- Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on
- Able to build credibility quickly and provide pragmatic advice to leaders
