About the opportunity
This is a commercially focused territory sales role responsible for growing an established dental portfolio across Melbourne’s Southeast. With a strong emphasis on new business development, you’ll target dental practices, build relationships with clinicians and grow market share through a combination of customer acquisition, account development and product education.
Responsibilities
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across dental practices throughout the territory.
- Develop existing accounts while proactively increasing product adoption and market share.
- Build territory plans, manage customer activity and consistently achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide product demonstrations, education and ongoing support to dental professionals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records while sharing customer feedback, competitor activity and market insights with the wider business.
Skills and Experience
- Proven sales experience within dental is preferred.
- Experience selling into clinics in other medical device sectors will be considered.
- Commercially minded dental clinicians will also be considered.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to independently manage and grow a sales territory.
- Confident, proactive and relationship-focused approach with a willingness to learn and develop within the dental sector.
