Temporary Receptionist - Real Estate
- Provide reception and administrative support for a real estate client.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in customers.
- Assist with marketing and social media updates.

We’re looking for a confident, friendly and switched-on Temporary Receptionist to join our real estate client from 14 October to 20 November to provide leave cover.
This would suit someone who enjoys being the welcoming face of a business, is comfortable dealing with customers, clients and stakeholders, and can confidently manage a variety of day-to-day administration tasks.
About the role:
- Answering and managing incoming phone calls and emails
- Welcoming and assisting walk-in customers
- Preparing and maintaining marketing brochures
- Managing window displays
- Posting open homes and property updates on social media
- Using PropertyTree and Rex systems
- Providing general administrative and reception support
- Helping ensure the office runs smoothly and professionally
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, professional and approachable
- Confident with customers and has excellent customer service skills
- Organised, reliable and able to use their initiative
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology
- A good communicator with strong attention to detail
- Smart, capable and adaptable
- Real estate experience is highly desirable
The role is based in a small shopping village environment, offering a friendly and welcoming place to work.
