Talent Acquisition Partner

We are partnering with a well-established Australian organisation seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join their collaborative recruitment team on an initial 6-month contract.

This is a genuine partnering role where you'll manage end-to-end recruitment, work closely with business leaders, and contribute to strategic hiring initiatives across a diverse corporate portfolio.
The Role

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across a range of professional and corporate functions
• Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment advice
• Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines to attract high-calibre candidates
• Utilise recruitment technology and market insights to drive hiring outcomes
• Deliver a positive candidate and stakeholder experience
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the talent acquisition function

About You

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, either agency or internal
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities
• Consultative and solutions-focused approach
• Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
