We are building a team of skilled sushi chefs and a kitchen managers who can deliver consistent quality across multiple locations for fulltime opportunities. Offering roles for chefs at all levels, from head Sushi chef positions through to junior roles, where your roll-making expertise and knife skills will be valued and developed.

• Work across diverse venues, from relaxed casual settings to fine dining environments
• Permanent positions available at multiple levels, with clear pathways for progression
• For senior roles, take on leadership responsibilities including staff training, roster management, and cost control

Preferred Requirements

• Proven roll-making experience and solid foundational sushi skillset
• Strong knife skills and food preparation techniques
• For senior positions: demonstrated experience managing kitchen operations, training staff, and handling orders
• Familiarity with costing, roster planning, and kitchen management systems (for senior roles)
• Ability to maintain consistency and quality standards 

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal training in Japanese cuisine or sushi preparation, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Food safety and hygiene certification (or willingness to obtain)
• For head chef and senior kitchen manager roles: prior experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity within a commercial kitchen at a minimum of Sous Chef level
