This is an excellent opportunity for a strong coordinator who enjoys working in a service-driven environment and is confident managing technicians, clients and maintenance workflows. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating a team of field-based technicians, ensuring reactive and preventative maintenance works are scheduled efficiently, completed on time, and delivered to a high standard.

Working closely with the operations team, clients and technicians, the Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing the end-to-end coordination of maintenance activities, including:

  • Scheduling and dispatching technicians across reactive and planned maintenance works.
  • Managing daily workloads and prioritising urgent service requests.
  • Allocating work orders and tracking jobs through to completion.

  • Providing regular updates on job progress, attendance times and completion status.
  • Monitoring outstanding works and following up to ensure deadlines and service levels are achieved.
  • Maintaining accurate job records, documentation and reporting.
  • Supporting the administration of quotations, variations and invoicing processes.
  • Working within service management systems to maintain visibility across all active jobs.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a service coordination, scheduling or maintenance administration role, ideally supporting a technical/trades-based workforce. Experience within industries such as electrical, HVAC, fire protection, facilities management, building services or similar will be highly regarded.

Key requirements include:

  • Previous experience coordinating field technicians or trades teams.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence liaising with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working within a reactive maintenance or service environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage work orders from start to finish.
  • Familiarity with service management systems such as Simpro, Uptick, Aroflo, Pronto, SAP or similar is advantageous.

This role offers the opportunity to join a growing and reputable organisation within the commercial maintenance sector, working alongside an experienced operations team and managing a diverse range of service requirements.
