Our client's street-food-style menu is heavily influenced by European cuisine, delivered through a slick service operation. It is the ultimate grab-and-go destination, while also offering plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for guests who prefer to dine in.
This group is rapidly expanding, with 10+ locations in the pipeline nationally. With their HQ firmly established in Melbourne, you can expect significant long-term growth, including pathways into specialist roles, senior management, or an ownership stake.
This is the ideal role for a Restaurant Manager with experience across quick-service, large-format cafes, or casual dining, looking to go all the way in hospitality.
