As a Clinic Receptionist, you'll be the face of the clinic, helping create a seamless experience for clients while supporting the day-to-day operation of a busy and successful clinic. 

Working closely with the Clinic Manager and clinical team, you'll help ensure every client interaction reflects the high standards and premium experience our brand is known for.

How You’ll Make an Impact Every Day

• Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism and exceptional service 
• Manage appointments, bookings and client communications 
• Support the day-to-day operation of the clinic, including payments, reporting and administration 
• Work closely with therapists, nurses and clinic leaders to ensure smooth clinic operations 
• Maintain a professional, organised and welcoming reception environment 
• Build strong client relationships and support client retention 
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences at every stage of the client journey 

What makes you a great fit 

• Previous experience in a reception, administration or customer service role (preferred) 
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills 
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
• A proactive, positive attitude and team-first mindset 
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences 
• Confidence using technology and learning new systems
