Project Coordinator - Workforce transformation & AI Governance - 11 month contract

Your new role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of major transformation initiatives within a complex and fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will provide critical project coordination, governance and operational support across the full project lifecycle, helping enable the delivery of strategic business outcomes. You will work closely with project stakeholders, team members and vendors, ensuring project governance, reporting, financial administration and day-to-day coordination activities are delivered to a high standard.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Officer position supporting complex project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of project governance frameworks, methodologies and reporting practices.
  • Experience coordinating diverse stakeholder groups and working with external vendors.
  • Previous experience with project financial administration, budget monitoring and reporting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly across Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, CORA or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously within a dynamic environment.
  • A collaborative approach with a focus on supporting positive team culture and project outcomes.
