The Opportunity
Our client is an established national organisation delivering engineering and technical services across major infrastructure, commercial and construction projects throughout Australia.
This permanent, site-based Project Administrator role will support a major Queensland project, working closely with project managers and site teams to keep day-to-day administration, documentation and coordination running smoothly.
You’ll assist across project records, reporting, stakeholder coordination and general site administration, providing essential support throughout project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to project managers and site teams
  • Prepare, maintain and distribute project documentation and correspondence
  • Manage project records, registers, filing systems and document control
  • Assist with purchase orders, invoices and project-related administration
  • Coordinate meetings, site documentation and project updates
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors and site stakeholders
  • Assist with reporting, data entry and tracking project information
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and systems
  • Provide additional project and site administration support as required

What You’ll Bring
You’ll be an organised and proactive administrator who is comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment and managing multiple priorities.

  • Previous experience as a Project Administrator, Site Administrator or similar
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work to project deadlines
  • Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
  • Experience within engineering, construction, infrastructure or a project environment will be highly regarded
