Portfolio Delivery Coordinator
- Coordinate initiative plans, schedules, and milestones for delivery activities.
- Support Delivery Leads and teams with governance activities and documentation.
- Maintain financial tracking and status reporting for initiatives.
Are you an experienced administrator or coordinator ready to take the next step into project and delivery work? This Brisbane-based role is a great opportunity to bring your strong organisation, coordination and administration skills into Great Southern Bank’s Enterprise Delivery team, supporting initiatives that deliver important outcomes for our customers and the Bank. Working alongside experienced Delivery Leads and delivery teams, you’ll help keep initiatives organised, on track and moving forward.
This is a 12 month max term contract.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Supporting Delivery Leads to coordinate initiative plans, schedules, milestones and day-to-day delivery activities
- Taking ownership of actions, decisions and commitments, proactively following up stakeholders to keep initiatives moving
- Coordinating governance activities including meetings, papers, minutes, actions and decision tracking
- Maintaining risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies, identifying where progress or milestones require attention
- Coordinating status reporting and maintaining accurate delivery documentation, schedules and collaboration sites
- Supporting financial tracking, including budgets, forecasts, invoices and other initiative financial information
- Coordinating meetings, workshops and delivery forums across multiple teams and stakeholder groups
- Contributing to portfolio reporting, milestone tracking, governance and continuous improvement across Enterprise Delivery
Do things differently with us
This is a hands-on coordination role for someone who likes bringing structure to complexity and making sure the detail gets done.
You’ll work across multiple initiatives, supporting Delivery Leads and teams with the practical coordination that keeps delivery on track. That means maintaining plans and reporting, preparing governance meetings, tracking actions and risks, coordinating stakeholders, updating delivery systems and following up the things that might otherwise fall through the cracks.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, curious and confident following things through.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail
- A proactive approach, with demonstrated ability to take ownership, follow up commitments and keep activities progressing without constant direction
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging and following up stakeholders at different levels
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint, with Jira or Confluence experience highly regarded
If you’ve built solid administration or coordination experience and are ready to stretch yourself, learn new skills and build a career in project and portfolio delivery, we’d love to hear from you. You don’t need to tick every project delivery box already. Bring your organisation skills, initiative and willingness to learn, and we’ll help you build from there
