Job Description
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data accuracy.
- Respond to payroll-related queries from employees and stakeholders.
- Manage superannuation, deductions, leave, and employee entitlements.
- Prepare payroll reconciliations and assist with reporting activities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and internal policies.
- Ad-hoc duties as required.
The Successful Applicant
- End-to-end payroll processing experience in Australia.
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
