About The Role

Thie is a 12-month Maximum Term Contract. In this role you will be responsible for providing quality, timely administrative support to site and actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment while communicating openly and honestly at all times. This role has an option to work Mon-Fri, or work 3-4 days per week.

Additionally, you will:

  • Extensive diary and email management
  • Stakeholder engagement across projects
  • Agenda preparation
  • Proof reading documents
  • Tracking of, and assistance with, projects 
  • Formatting large documents
  • Attend meetings, preparing detailed and accurate minutes
  • Prepare and format correspondence
  • Coordinate the workflow of documents
  • Proactively assist Directors with diary management and scheduling appointments
  • Co-ordinate internal and external meetings/training – booking venues, ordering catering, inviting relevant stakeholders, and managing calendar scheduling
  • Organise events (site, offsite and community)

About You

  • You will hold a Certificate III in business Administration or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft office
  • You are able to work collaboratively and manage relationships with others
