About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our college. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring efficient office management, supporting senior management, maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and coordinating administrative staff and office resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organise and coordinate the daily administrative operations of the office.
  • Develop, implement and review office policies, procedures and administrative systems.
  • Supervise, train and support administrative staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Coordinate office resources, facilities, equipment and supplies.
  • Manage student administration processes and maintain accurate records.
  • Liaise with internal departments, students, education agents, suppliers and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with budgeting, invoice processing and monitoring administrative expenditure.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, correspondence and management documentation.
  • Monitor compliance with organisational policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and implement improvements to administrative systems and business processes.

Qualifications/Skills

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Management or a related discipline, or equivalent 3 years relevant work experience.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High level of accuracy, initiative and attention to detail.
