We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Full Time Gelatissimo Artisan to join our team!

About the Role:

As a Gelatissimo Artisan, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and producing fresh gelato to Gelatissimo standards.
• Delivering friendly and exceptional customer service.
• Assisting customers with flavour selections and recommendations.
• Maintaining high standards of product quality and presentation.
• Keeping display cabinets clean, stocked and looking their best.
• Following food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Managing ingredients, stock rotation and daily production requirements.
• Working efficiently during busy periods, including theatre events.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming environment.
• Supporting the team with daily operations.

• Hospitality or retail experience is a plus
• Communicates clearly and confidently with customers
• Works efficiently under pressure while delivering a great experience
• Passionate about sweet treats - especially gelato
• Has flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
• Presents well and demonstrates strong attention to detail
• Holds a current NSW RSA Competency Card (essential)
