HR Support Officer

Experienced HR Advisor is required for a contract role with a national business.

We're partnering with a well-established Tasmanian organisation seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive HR professional who enjoys working across the full employee life cycle while playing a key role in attracting and securing top talent.
Working within a supportive and collaborative environment, you'll provide generalist HR advice while leading a significant recruitment portfolio across a diverse workforce.
Your new role
As the HR Advisor, you'll be involved in a broad range of people-related activities, including:

• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Providing advice and guidance on employee relations matters
• Supporting managers with performance, conduct and workforce planning
• Assisting with HR policies, procedures and compliance activities
• Contributing to employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Supporting organisational projects and continuous improvement activities
• Managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously and delivering a positive candidate experience

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you'll be a confident HR professional who enjoys building relationships across all levels of an organisation. You'll bring:

• Previous experience in a generalist HR role
• Strong recruitment experience, ideally managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Sound understanding of contemporary HR practices and employment legislation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
