Role Details

St James Catholic Primary School is seeking a friendly, organised and service-focused Front Office Administration Officer to support the daily operation of our school. Working closely with the Principal and administration team, the successful applicant will provide high-quality reception, student services and general administrative support while helping every member of our community feel welcomed, respected and cared for.

This is a three-day-per-week position, with the specific days to be negotiated. The role requires discretion, initiative, accuracy and the ability to respond calmly to the varied needs of a busy primary school office.
