Your new company
Join a highly regarded global financial services organisation with an established presence in Melbourne. Known for its professional, fast-paced and collaborative corporate environment, this organisation offers the opportunity to work alongside senior stakeholders within a high-performing Global Banking team.

Your new role
This is a six-month temporary contract for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to a team of approximately 10 to 12 professionals, ranging from junior team members through to Managing Director level. You will play an important role in keeping the team organised and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple complex calendars and changing priorities
  • Coordinating internal and external client meetings
  • Arranging domestic and international travel
  • Processing monthly expenses using Concur
  • Supporting the onboarding of new team members
  • Coordinating smaller meetings and events
  • Liaising with senior stakeholders and executive management
  • Collaborating with other Executive Assistants to provide consistent team coverage

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will be an experienced Executive Assistant who is confident supporting multiple stakeholders within a fast-paced and deadline-driven corporate environment.
You will also demonstrate:

  • Previous experience providing team-based executive support
  • Excellent diary management and organisational skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Confidence communicating with senior and executive-level stakeholders
  • Strong capability across Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and OneDrive
  • A proactive and adaptable approach with excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to multitask, problem-solve and manage shifting priorities
  • Discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
  • A collaborative attitude and willingness to work as part of a broader EA team
  • Previous financial services or highly regulated industry experience would be highly advantageous
