What you'll be doing:
Supporting workplace health and safety, incident reporting and Return to Work processes
Managing driver licences, vehicle registrations, contractor records and transport compliance
Coordinating site inductions, training records, audits and compliance registers
Assisting with invoicing, accounts payable, bookkeeping and payroll backup
Providing general administration and operational support across the site

About You
You're an organised, proactive all-rounder who enjoys variety, takes ownership and can confidently juggle competing priorities.

Ideally, you'll bring administration, safety or compliance experience in manufacturing, transport, recycling or a similar operational environment, along with accounts/bookkeeping knowledge and strong Excel skills.
