Are you an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced mining and resources environment?

We are partnering with a growing mining services organisation to recruit a Mobilisation Coordinator to join their dedicated mobilisation team in Perth. Supporting major WA resource clients, including Rio Tinto and Fortescue (FMG), you'll play a critical role in ensuring personnel are compliant, site-ready, and mobilised efficiently to meet operational demands.

About the Role Reporting to the Mobilisation Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating workforce mobilisation activities across multiple mining and resource projects. This role requires someone who can manage competing priorities, work with urgency, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end mobilisation activities for site-based personnel
  • Manage site entry requirements, onboarding, and compliance processes
  • Arrange and track medicals, training, inductions, and documentation
  • Liaise with candidates, operations teams, and clients to ensure personnel are site-ready
  • Monitor mobilisation progress and proactively resolve issues
  • Support urgent workforce requirements and short-notice mobilisations
  • Maintain accurate records across mobilisation and client systems

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous mobilisation experience within mining, resources, labour hire, or a related industry
  • Knowledge of major client onboarding and compliance requirements
  • Experience using systems such as Pegasus, Rio Tinto platforms, MOL, and/or Fortescue (FMG) systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work and changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday
