We are looking for enthusiastic Commis Chefs and Kitchen Stewards to join our pre-opening team, work in a fresh and exciting culinary environment and help shape our kitchen culture from day one.

The Opportunities:
Commis Chefs
Working alongside our experienced culinary leaders in our brand-new kitchen, you will have the opportunity to learn, contribute and develop your craft in a creative and collaborative environment.
- Assist with food preparation, cooking and presentation to exceptional standards
- Support the delivery of consistent, high-quality dining experiences
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen organisation
- Work collaboratively with your culinary colleagues across busy service periods
- Bring curiosity, enthusiasm and a genuine desire to learn and grow
Kitchen Stewards
Behind every exceptional dining experience is a team that keeps everything moving. Our Kitchen Stewards will play an essential role in establishing the standards, organisation and efficiency of our newly designed kitchen.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout our kitchens and back-of-house areas
- Manage dishwashing, kitchen equipment and cleaning requirements
- Support safe and efficient kitchen operations
- Assist with the organisation of equipment, storage and waste management
- Work closely with our chefs and wider Food & Beverage team
About You
We are looking for enthusiastic, dependable individuals who bring energy, pride and a genuine passion for hospitality and culinary excellence to everything they do.
- A collaborative spirit, thriving in a fast-paced kitchen environment where teamwork and shared success matter
- Pride in presentation and attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining exceptional standards
- Reliability, organisation and initiative, with a willingness to contribute wherever needed
- A genuine passion for hospitality, recognising the important role every collaborator plays in delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Flexibility and adaptability, with availability across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- For our Commis Chefs, you are currently studying or devleoping your culinary craft, complemented by a curiosity to learn, refine skills and grow professionally
- For our Kitchen Stewards, previous kitchen experience is welcomed, although a strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued
