The Role
This is a full-time position reporting directly to senior management. You will be responsible for contract administration across a range of projects, ensuring compliance, quality outcomes, and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing, reviewing, and negotiating variations to contracts, projects, and services.
Responding to inquiries and resolving issues relating to contracts and project delivery.
Managing all paperwork and documentation associated with contracts and services.
Coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Advising management on matters requiring attention and implementing approved decisions.
Overseeing contractor performance and reporting on work variations.
Preparing and reviewing submissions, reports, and correspondence.
Collecting and analysing project data and reporting on outcomes.
Assisting in procurement and resource allocation for projects.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in contract administration or project management.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent organisational and documentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Knowledge of construction or building services industry preferred.
