Australian Venue Co. is looking for experienced hospitality managers to join our growing portfolio across Sydney.
We have opportunities for Assistant Venue Manager, Duty Manager, Restaurant & Bar Managers positions across a diverse range of pubs, bars, restaurants and entertainment venues, including Cargo, Bungalow 8, Untied, The Winery, The Rook, Kingsleys and The Oriana.

What we’re looking for
- Previous management or leadership experience within a pub, bar, restaurant or busy hospitality venue
- Strong operational knowledge across food, beverage and gaming, where applicable
- The ability to lead, develop and motivate venue teams
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of venue performance and KPIs
- A hands-on leadership style and passion for creating great customer experiences
- Current NSW RSA, RCG and any other qualifications required for the position
