About the Opportunity:
We’re looking for passionate and experienced Restaurant Managers, Assistant Managers, Bar Managers and Supervisors to join our growing team across multiple Melbourne venues. Whether you’re an established leader or ready to take the next step in your hospitality career, we offer the opportunity to work across some of Melbourne’s most exciting dining and bar destinations.
We’re looking for people who lead from the front, thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences while building, developing and inspiring high-performing teams.
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous management or leadership experience within a busy restaurant, bar or premium à la carte environment
- A natural ability to lead, coach and develop teams while fostering a positive workplace culture.
- A genuine passion for exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences.
- Confidence leading high-volume service periods while maintaining exceptional standards.
- Strong organisational, communication and time management skills.
- Commercial acumen, including an understanding of budgeting, labour management and business performance.
- Experience with rostering and workforce management systems such as Deputy, or similar platforms.
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and a rotating roster of opening and closing shifts.
