The opportunity

The Corporate Integrity Project and Support Officer plays a key role in supporting the Manager Corporate Integrity and broader Corporate Integrity team through high level administrative, project and governance support. This position contributes to the successful delivery of departmental initiatives, coordinates key administrative processes, and builds strong relationships across Council and with external stakeholders to ensure the effective operation of the Corporate Integrity function.
What you’ll do

  • Provide executive and administrative support to the Manager Corporate Integrity
  • Coordinate and support projects, governance activities and departmental initiatives
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting agendas, minutes and documentation
  • Manage purchase orders, invoices, meetings, appointments and training activities
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

  • Diploma in Business Administration or relevant qualifications and/or experience
  • Extensive executive administration and organisational support experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience supporting projects, governance processes and committee activities
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

Pre-Employment Requirements
