Your new role:An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Maintenance or Warranty Coordinator to oversee the maintenance and warranty function across a portfolio of completed residential projects.
You will be the key point of contact for homeowners, residents and contractors, ensuring warranty requests and maintenance matters are managed efficiently and professionally.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a high volume of owner enquiries, warranty requests and maintenance cases.
• Coordinating trades, subcontractors and property access for inspections and rectification works.
• Monitoring and progressing maintenance schedules to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Managing defect and warranty cases through a maintenance tracking system.
• Maintaining regular communication with owners, residents and contractors.
• Reviewing warranty claims and assisting with dispute resolution when required.
• Tracking work progress, reporting outcomes and maintaining accurate records.
• Supporting process improvement initiatives across maintenance and customer service functions.

What you'll need to succeed:To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Strong residential property management or maintenance coordination experience.
• The ability to manage a high volume of maintenance and warranty requests across multiple projects.
• Experience coordinating trades, contractors, inspections and property access.
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive approach with strong follow-up and attention to detail.
• Experience using Visibuild or a similar defect and maintenance management platform.
• The ability to build strong relationships with customers, trades and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of residential construction, defects or warranty processes will be highly regarded.
