  • Manage WHS policies and ongoing compliance requirements.
  • Conduct workplace investigations relating to complaints, misconduct, harassment, bullying and other workplace matters.
  • Manage disciplinary and performance management processes end-to-end, including PIPs and associated documentation.
  • Review employment contracts across multiple jurisdictions to ensure they remain compliant with current legislation.

  • Maintain current HR policies and documentation within the organisation's HRIS.
  • Support initiatives aimed at maintaining and strengthening organisational culture and employee experience.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding for head office employees and support these processes across retail operations.
  • Draft employment contracts and coordinate pre-employment requirements, including reference and police checks where required.
  • Support internal recruitment, including drafting advertisements, shortlisting candidates and developing talent pipelines for priority vacancies.
  • Manage probation processes and ensure managers are notified of key milestones.
  • Partner with finance and payroll regarding employee pay, conditions, salary updates and legislative or Award changes.
  • Provide HR guidance and support across the franchise network.
  • Analyse HR metrics including turnover, retention, performance and cost per hire, providing meaningful KPI insights to the business.
