About our client - Aeria Management Group Aeria Management Group (AMG) owns, operates and develops Bankstown and Camden Airports – playing an integral role as a dynamic commercial gateway for South West Sydney.
About the Role Reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager, will be a key member of the Facilities team, responsible for a portfolio of buildings across Bankstown & Camden Airports.
Working closely with Property, Asset Management, Aviation Operations, Finance, and Infrastructure teams, you will manage building, statutory compliance, contractor performance, and tenant relationships – all within a uniquely regulated aviation environment. Exposure to landscape and grounds maintenance will also fit within your remit.
Key Responsibilities Facilities Management
- Deliver best-practice FM services ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective outcomes across building and open space assets at both airports
- Gain whole of life cycle FM experience and training from experts
- Maintain building compliance registers, inspect contractor works, & ensure safety, compliance, and quality expectations are met
You will undertake:
- Stakeholder & Tennant Management
- Contractor Management
- Financial Management
- Risk, Compliance & Safety
What You’ll Bring Essential
- Demonstrated experience across a porfolio of non-residential base building assets
- Knowledge of statutory compliance obligations including AFSS, WHS legislation, and relevant Australian Standards
- Proven ability to remain calm under pressure and think clearly in demanding situations, whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Class C Driver’s Licence
