Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Maintaining, developing and retaining new and current relationships
- Management and coordination of all customer account related activities across the business
- Qualify prospects, conduct product demonstrations and prepare sales proposals
- Identify new product opportunities through contact with clients
- Regularly analyse sales data to identify revenue opportunities
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
To be successful in this role you will possess/be:
- Self motivated with a positive attitude
- Energetic and have superior interpersonal skills
- Exceptional relationship building, communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrate a successful background developing new business whilst managing accounts
- Proven track record in sales, business development and winning new business
- Computer literate
- Tertiaty qualified
- Knowledge of environmental and workplace safety compliance industry ideal but not required
