Job Description

• Manage end-to-end payroll for a multi-site workforce, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Interpret and apply relevant legislation, awards, enterprise agreements and payroll compliance requirements.
• Administer employee life cycle payroll activities, including commencements, departures, leave processing, adjustments and reconciliations.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations and supporting information for the Finance team.
• Contribute to payroll and HR system enhancements, upgrades and implementation projects.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiencies and strengthen payroll controls.

The Successful Applicant

• Demonstrated end-to-end payroll experience in a complex, multi-site environment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, awards, EBAs and compliance requirements.
• Experience driving process improvements and enhancing payroll systems.
• A high level of accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to best practice.
• Confidence interpreting awards, leave provisions, allowances and payroll conditions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the business.
