The Role
Reporting to the Head of Sales & Client Relations, you'll spend around 75% of your time managing your own novated leasing pipeline and 25% coaching and supporting a team of four Consultants and two Settlement Officers.
You'll remain hands-on while helping build a high-performing, customer-focused team.
About You
You'll have:
- Proven experience in novated leasing
- Leadership, mentoring or senior consultant experience
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- A positive, solutions-focused approach
- Experience working in a target-driven environment
Experience with Catch-e is highly regarded.
