Le Mans Toyota is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Pre Delivery Administrator to join our Pre Delivery department. Work closely with our Pre Delivery Manager to streamline the pre delivery process and provide indispensable sales support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the pre delivery process to ensure vehicles are ready for customers.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery schedules and track progress through PDC and EPDC systems.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Department and ensure seamless delivery experiences for our customers.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize dealership profitability.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's Licence required.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
- Motivated self-starter with a keen interest in the automotive industry.
