Administration Assistant – Early Childcare
- Manage the family journey from initial enquiry through to enrolment and withdrawal.
- Oversee CCS administration, family accounts, billing and debt management.
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain accurate records.
Talent Focus Education is partnering with a purpose-built early learning service in South Morang to recruit an experienced Administration Assistant to join their team.
This is a dedicated administration role suited to someone with 2+ years’ experience in ECEC administration, strong CCS knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to families. No floor-based or educator responsibilities are involved.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the family journey from initial enquiry through to enrolment and withdrawal.
- Coordinate waitlists, enrolments and family tours.
- Oversee CCS administration, family accounts, billing and debt management.
- Provide outstanding customer service and respond to family enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records, compliance documentation and office administration.
- Manage and maintain LineLeader and OWNA systems.
About You
- Previous administration experience within early childhood education or childcare.
- Strong understanding of Child Care Subsidy (CCS) processes.
- Experience with enrolments, billing and family accounts.
- Excellent communication, organisation and customer service skills.
- Confidence using childcare management systems.
