Trade Service Centre Manager - Melton
- Lead the Melton Trade Service Centre operations to achieve sales and profit goals.

About the role
Lead our Melton Trade Service Centre operations to achieve goals defined in Ausreo's National Trade Service Centre Retail Strategy. Be accountable for sales and profit performance while managing, coaching and developing employees to effectively engage within their team. Report to the Victorian State Manager.
Duties
- Establish key performance measures and targets for Trade Service Centre operations
- Monitor the Outer West and North West region markets to promote new products and identify growth opportunities
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth
- Lead team and create inclusive, collaborative environment for employees
- Support major customer negotiations including large project home builders, civil and precast segments
Skills & experience
- 5+ years Trade/Wholesale Sales experience in building materials environment
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver superior customer service
- Demonstrated influence and negotiation skills with internal/external stakeholders
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Experience in the industry would be an advantage but not mandatory.
