Our client is a leader in the environmental occupation health & safety space. Founded in 1994, their goal is to prevent people being harmed in the workplace by their environment, whether that is occupational or otherwise.
They are now looking for an ongoing part-time admin and reception assistant to join their team in Williamstown.
What’s on Offer:
- $37ph + super
- Ongoing part-time contract, potential for full-time
- Monday - Wednesday, 8.30am - 5pm
- ASAP Start
- Onsite parking
- Small, supportive team based environment in Williamstown
What you'll do:
- Administration and reception duties
- Occasional phone calls
- Data entry and word processing
About You:
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive mindset
- Experience with Microsoft Suite
- Positive attitude and customer service skills
