About Our Client
Our client is a well-regarded ASX-listed resources organisation based in Perth's central suburbs.
Job Description
- Assist with the accurate processing of payroll data and employee record management
- Prepare payroll reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
- Administer superannuation contributions and salary sacrifice arrangements
- Support Single Touch Payroll (STP) reporting requirements
- Process new starters, employee changes and terminations
- Respond to payroll-related employee enquiries in a timely manner
- Assist with payroll reporting and ad hoc administrative requests
- Provide payroll support and coverage during periods of leave where required
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 3+ years experience in Payroll - essential.
- Mining industry experience will be highly regarded.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar systems is highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and compliance requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work additional days when leave coverage is required
