About the Role
This is an opportunity to take the next step in your career at a business like no other. You will be able to work alongside finance and operations leaders across our Resorts & Lodges portfolio.

You'll help shape budgets and forecasts, provide commercial insight into business performance, build financial models that support key decisions, and identify opportunities that drive growth and profitability across the division.
 
Key responsibilities include:

  • Run the annual budget, quarterly forecast and long-range planning processes for the division, working closely with the divisional finance lead
  • Develop forecasting models for revenue, occupancy and costs, and build financial models, business cases and scenario analysis to support pricing and investment decisions
  • Analyse financial and operational performance to identify risks, trends and opportunities
  • Deliver forecast and actual reporting, and support group, board and owner reporting
  • Coordinate monthly performance reviews with the division, determining key insights and recommendations

About You
You're commercially minded, naturally curious and enjoy turning data into meaningful business insights. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, build strong stakeholder relationships and aren't afraid to challenge assumptions to drive better outcomes.

You'll bring:

  • A background in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling, including scenario analysis
  • 4–5 years' experience in a commercial environment or a Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firm
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity
  • Ability to build relationships across the organisation and communicate financial information clearly to different teams
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or a related field, with CA or CPA completed or in progress
