Role Overview:

We are seeking a experienced and passionate chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in local style brunch and Asian fusion, excellent kitchen management skills, and a creative approach to menu development.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and present high-quality dishes using various kitchen equipment, including fryers, grills, and ovens, ensuring impeccable presentation and consistent flavour.

· Monitor food quality and portion sizes, upholding the highest standards of taste and appearance.

· Collaborate on menu creation and updates.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.

· Manage inventory, minimize food waste, and assist with ordering supplies

· Train and supervise kitchen staff.

· Assist in planning and executing special events and catering functions, delivering memorable culinary experiences for guests.

· Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications & Experiences:

· Certificate 4 or above in cookery

· Strong leadership and communication skills.

· Proven experience (at least 1 year) as a cook/chef or in a similar role.
