We're seeking an experienced HR professional to join a specialist Employee Relations team supporting a large, values-driven organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on challenging people matters while partnering with stakeholders to achieve practical and positive outcomes.

You'll work alongside an experienced and supportive team, providing expert advice and guidance across a diverse range of employee relations matters. • performance management
  • conduct and serious misconduct matters
  • workplace grievances and complaints
  • dispute resolution
  • organisational change initiatives
  • industrial relations advice and interpretation
  • investigations, case management and documentation

You'll act as a trusted adviser, helping stakeholders navigate complex employment matters while ensuring fair, compliant and practical outcomes.

What we're looking for
We're interested in hearing from HR professionals who can demonstrate:

  • confidence managing performance, conduct, grievance and workplace investigations
  • excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • the ability to provide clear, practical and commercially focused advice
  • strong written communication skills, including preparation of reports, correspondence and recommendations
  • experience interpreting enterprise agreements, workplace policies and employment legislation
  • a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach and sound professional judgement

Experience in higher education, government, healthcare or other large and complex organisations will be highly regarded, however candidates from diverse industry backgrounds with strong ER capability are encouraged to apply.

Why consider this opportunity?

  • join a high-performing and genuinely supportive ER team
  • work on varied and interesting workplace matters
  • hybrid working arrangements
  • opportunity to expand your experience in a large and complex environment
  • potential for longer-term opportunities as organisational projects continue to evolve
  • immediate commencement preferred

If you're an experienced HR professional who enjoys solving complex people challenges and building trusted stakeholder relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
