About MACG:

Medical & Aged Care Group (MACG) is a family owned and operated healthcare organisation that embraces best practice, continuous improvement, and social responsibility. We are proud to create a collaborative and supportive environment where employees are treated like family and residents receive high quality, person-centered care. Since 1995, MACG has grown to become one of Victoria’s leading privately owned aged care providers, operating eleven residential homes across southeast Melbourne.

Boronia Residential Aged Care is a warm, welcoming 60 bed home at the foothills of the Dandenong Ranges in Melbourne’s outer east, and one of eleven homes operated by Medical & Aged Care Group (MACG).

This is a home that takes real pride in what it does. Residents live in comfortable, homelike surroundings, with single rooms and ensuites, shared rooms for couples, and sunny courtyards and a BBQ area where residents and their families can relax together. Families and the wider community are always encouraged to be part of daily life. Boronia is known for its caring, supportive team, its commitment to person-centered care, and its focus on helping residents stay as independent as possible.

MACG’s guiding idea is to “travel the journey” with each resident and their family, and the Boronia team lives it every day.

When you join Boronia Residential Aged Care, you’re joining a team that genuinely cares, about residents and about each other.
