Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for an Executive Sous Chef to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

We are currently seeking a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery Qualified Executive Sous Chef who is highly skilled and experienced in 5 star restaurant operations lead our Kitchen. This role will see you supporting the Executive Chef and managing the hotel and satellite food and beverage kitchen operations when required, so that they perform as profitable and sustainable outlets, which provide a consistently high product.

Key Duties

• Undertake all kitchen and service duties including cleaning, food preparation, cookery and guest service;
• Assist the Executive Chef with menu planning, inventory control, scheduling, ordering of kitchen supplies;
• Work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure kitchen is running smoothly and efficiently; and
• Assist senior chefs when necessary during regular administration activities like End Of Month, stock take count, inventories etc.
