Food & Beverage Supervisor

Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.  

A dedicated and enthusiastic hospitality professional with previous supervisory experience, strong conflict resolution and communication skills to lead our team. This role will see you leading by example, motivating and developing staff, while assisting in daily operations and maintaining the outlet. 
 
You will require a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) to work in this role. 

Key Duties  

• Supervise employees in line with roster hours and standard operating procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, and ensuring their dining experience meets or exceeds expectations.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally while adhering to menu knowledge, service standards, and dietary requirements.
• Oversee budgeting and daily cost control to ensure costs are minimised.
• Maintain outlet presentation, operating equipment and stock to expected company standards.
