Goros Volume 2 is Surry Hills’ Japanese drinking house, reimagined with a more grown-up feel and all the energy you know and love. Think quality cocktails, Japanese snacks, vinyl DJs, karaoke and nights that turn into accidental dancefloors.

We’re on the hunt for a General Manager who lives and breathes late-night hospitality. A leader who can inspire the team, bring the energy and deliver unforgettable guest experiences while driving the success of Goros.
The Role
As General Manager of Goros, you’ll lead one of Surry Hills’ most exciting late-night venues where quality cocktails, great music and high-energy service come together.
We’re looking for an experienced nightlife operator who knows how to lead a fast-paced, high-volume venue without compromising on drinks, service or atmosphere. You’ll bring strong knowledge of licensing, regulatory compliance and late-night operations, along with the ability to create a memorable guest experience from the first drink through to late-night trade.
You’ll take ownership of the venue’s performance, including financials, profitability, team development, recruitment and rostering, while partnering with marketing to deliver standout events, promotions and activations.
