Tech Support | 3 to 5 Days Ongoing (LOOK SEE)
- Maintain the business''s network and ensure smooth operations.
- Provide technical support across the company and respond to service issues.
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, and systems.
We are seeking a switched on candidate to join a well-established Investment Firm located on the fringe of the CBD. Within this role, your duties will be to maintain the businesses network and to ensure the company runs smoothly.This is an excellent opportunity to use your experience and knowledge in a busy and dynamic role for a great business with high retention in a fun and professional team.

Your duties will include:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding promptly to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company
- Setting up accounts for new users
To be successful in the role you must possess:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have a service-focused approach
- The ability to work proactively & autonomously
- Not required but nice to have - Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems and Technology, or related field
