About the role:
The Scaffidi Group is growing rapidly, and we’re excited to welcome a Recruitment Officer to our friendly and collaborative People and Culture team. This full-time role is a great opportunity to join a supportive environment where your contribution will truly make a difference.
You will be working closely with the People and Culture Advisor and hiring managers to drive our recruitment activity across the Group. Every day looks different as we respond to hiring needs, adapt and strive to continuously improve our recruitment and HR operations.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process across the Group, from role briefing and advertising through to screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding.
- Proactively source and attract candidates, building talent pipelines to support the Group’s current and future workforce requirements.
- Partner with pharmacy managers and hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and provide advice on recruitment and selection.
- Manage job advertising, recruitment channels and our employer brand presence to attract high-quality candidates.
- Deliver a positive candidate and new starter experience, managing interviews, reference checks and onboarding.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters and supporting documentation, and maintain accurate and confidential recruitment records.
- Track and report on recruitment activity, using insights to continuously improve and standardise our hiring processes.
- Manage the HR inbox, triaging recruitment and employee enquiries and ensuring timely and appropriate responses or escalation.
- Contribute to broader People & Culture initiatives and provide support on employee relations matters, escalating complex issues to the People & Culture Advisor as required.
About You:
To be successful in applying for this opportunity, you will ideally possess the following:
- Qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or studying towards (Highly regarded)
- Previous experience in a recruitment, talent acquisition, HR or People & Culture role (agency or in-house)
- Confident sourcing and candidate engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships and talent pipelines
- Strong written communication, administration and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently, manage multiple vacancies and follow through on commitments
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism, with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR or recruitment systems
