Office Manager | Private Investment Firm

Stylish Inner-City Location | Part-Time (4 Days) | Temp to Perm

This is a role for someone who takes pride in running an office to an exceptional standard and brings a polished, corporate presence to everything they do.

You will be the central point of coordination for a well-established private investment firm, recognised for its professional, collaborative culture and the high standard to which it holds itself. The business is growing, the team is tight-knit, and the environment is one where quality of work and quality of presentation genuinely matter.

We are looking for someone who is warm, highly organised, and comfortable operating with a level of discretion and professionalism that suits a corporate investment environment. You take ownership of your space, you anticipate what is needed before being asked, and you bring a calm, capable presence to the role every day.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and maintain a consistently high standard of presentation
  • Manage suppliers, facilities and office upkeep to ensure the environment runs seamlessly
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, catering and guest experience for staff and visitors
  • Support onboarding and internal team logistics with precision and care
  • Manage office-related finance administration including invoices, expenses and reconciliations

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in office management, administration or operations
  • Polished, warm and highly organised with a corporate standard of presentation
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
  • Proactive and hands-on, with genuine ownership of your environment
  • Comfortable with basic finance administration, with Xero experience highly regarded
