- Lead transport admin team setting clear standards, structure and accountability
- Oversee invoicing and billing to ensure accuracy and minimise revenue loss
- Manage systems and reporting ensuring data is accurate and processes are efficient
- Support operations and compliance by keeping administration aligned with transport requirements
- Drive process improvements and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
What do you need?
- Previous experience in similar role
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work within a team
