Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of a busy project office.
- Organise meetings, workshops and team events.
- Support onboarding and mobilisation of new team members.
- Provide administrative support across project, commercial and technical teams.
- Assist with document preparation, formatting and management.
- Maintain project records, reports and documentation.
- Administer time sheets and reporting processes.
- Support SharePoint administration and document access requests.
- Coordinate office supplies, facilities and general office requirements.
- Build strong working relationships across a diverse stakeholder group and act as a key point of contact within the team.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will bring:
- Previous experience in an Office Coordinator, Project Administrator, Team Administrator, Executive Assistant or similar support role.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with SharePoint or document management systems would be advantageous.
- The ability to work autonomously, take initiative and contribute positively to team culture.
