The Compass Group Casual Pool team are currently recruiting a Barista for our NSW POOL:
THE POSITION
- Utilise your solid understanding of coffee, brewing methods and grind adjustment to create a variety of coffees.
- Speed, efficiency and A+ quality is vital as is the ability to set, adjust, correct machine and grinder settings.
- Maintain coffee stocks and ensure your space is clean.
- Responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and daily step down of machine.
THE PERSON
- Excellent communication, with superior customer service skills.
- We’re after an experienced Barista who is comfortable producing high-quality consistent coffees, with speed!
- Barista Qualifications mandatory.
- Currently hold or be willing to obtain a National Police check, Working with children’s check and an RSA.
