This excellent opportunity will be offered on a Permanent Full-Time basis at 38 hours a week.
The successful candidate must have:
- Diploma or higher qualification in a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience

Responsibilities include:
- Developing, reviewing, and negotiating contract variations to ensure cleaning service agreements accurately reflected operational needs, site-specific requirements, and evolving client expectations.
- Responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to contracted cleaning services, often acting as the key liaison between operations teams, suppliers, clients and management to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
- Managing all paperwork and documentation associated with contracted cleaning services.
- Negotiating with internal stakeholders, clients and contractor partners to ensure compliance with contract terms and delivery of high-quality, agreed cleaning service standards.
- Analysing risks associated with contract terms, including service delivery risks, compliance obligations, and financial exposure, and providing timely advice to management.
- Remaining up-to-date with industry standards and legislative changes, particularly those relating to labour laws, WHS obligations, and Modern Award compliance, and coordinating with the Human Resources department where required.
- Interpreting and explaining contract obligations to stakeholders, ensuring clarity of service standards, KPIs, escalation pathways and policy requirements.
- Building and maintaining strong supplier and client relationships, ensuring contractors and internal team deliver consistent quality, met agreed performance metrics, and adhered to safety, compliance and service standards.
- Negotiating mid-contract variations to ensure practical, balanced and commercially sound outcomes for both the business and the client
- Identifying opportunities to reduce risk and maximise value from cleaning service agreements, including cost efficiencies, improved reporting, and enhanced service delivery models.
